I hope you have enjoyed browsing through my sample menus – however, may I take this opportunity to point out that these menus are by no means all that I do, hopefully this gives you a feel for type of food that I produce and covers my most popular dishes!
I can caterer for any dietary requirements, amending my usual recipes as required.
I will arrange the ‘setting up’ of the food and giving storage details of any left over dishes (where appropriate). I am also able to provide tablecloths and napkins if required.
Should waitress staff be required, I have a team of professionals on hand, who will assist in making your event go as smoothly as possible.
Cutlery & Crockery can be hired on request; if ordering ‘just the food’ I can deliver the crockery with your meal (where appropriate). At marquee events, I order the Crockery and Cutlery as standard, and this is delivered before the event together with all heavy cooking equipment (ovens, hot cupboards & fridges) as required. Glassware can also be added to the order.
At Marquee events I require a catering tent attached to the main Marquee, minimum size of 20ft x 20ft, but this will increase in size depending on numbers & menu. I also require running water to be set up on a tap just outside of the marquee entrance.
Most people are happy to purchase their own wines, however, I work in partnership with a couple of wine merchants, and once your menu is chosen, could recommend and supply a complimenting range of excellent wines if required.

PAYMENT
All bookings must be secured with a 20% non-returnable deposit; settlement of the balance should be made 7 days before the function date unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.
Where possible, all menu items are made from locally sourced ingredients, and as most items are home-made, I can usually exclude an ingredient that you may prefer not to be used due to personal taste, if this is the case please discuss at the time of ordering.
If unsure of your final menu, I do offer a tasting session – this session is served at my house, at a time convenient to both parties – I only invoice you for this if you decide not to confirm your booking with me – a standard minimum charge of £50 is made in those cases.
