Suppers


The items offered in this section are well received as a supper after a wedding breakfast, or served as a casual meal at any type of party. Your guests can eat ‘on the hoof’ with just a fork, if seating is limited.

All the above meals can be elaborated on. Additional vegetables and potatoes can be offered to make more of a meal.

The cost is determined by the size of portion required.

Lasagne
Traditional home made lasagne served with garlic bread and a tossed green salad.

Chilli Can Carnie GF
Tasty but not too hot! Served with a jacket potato or rice, soured cream & tortilla chips.

Beef in Red Wine GF
A lovely rich, warming supper, served either with boiled rice, new or a jacket potato.

Spanish Chicken GF
Chicken thighs and breast pan fried with chorizo, peppers & olives, then slowly cooked in a rich tomato sauce.

Chicken Curry or Red Thai Prawn Curry
Unless otherwise requested, I make both of these a Medium heated curry. Served with Rice & Mango Chutney.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine GF
Unless otherwise requested, I make this a Medium heated curry, made with my own blend of spices, chicken & Apricots. Served with Rice or couscous.

Medley of Fish Pie GF
A selection of seasonal fish, lightly poached, bound in a white sauce and topped with mashed potato.

Chicken & Cider Casserole or Sausage Casserole
A sweet mix of slow cooked chicken & parsnips in cider, or sausages cooking in onion gravy.

Pie & Peas
Can make any pie of your choice, from meat & potato, chicken & leek, chicken & ham pie, rabbit pie, lamb & mint, spinach & feta or cheesy leek & mushroom pie.

Cottage Pie GF
Traditional dish of slowly cooked beef mince, topped with root vegetable mash.

Italian Style Meatballs
Delicious little meatballs, cooked in a rich garlic & tomato sauce.

Vegetable Chilli V GF
This basically contains as many seasonal vegetables as I can get my hands on. Quite spicy – and loved by meat eaters as well as vegetarians; served with Jacket potato or rice.

Mushroom Stroganoff V GF
Smooth & creamy flavours – suitable for the vegetarians, but also loved by the meat eaters too. Usually served with Rice.

Lentil Cottage Pie V GF
A tasty dish for the vegetarians, combining lentils, celery & carrots, slow cooked in wine & stock and topped with crushed root vegetables.

Butternut Squash & Chickpea Stew V GF
A mellow, yet delicious combination of flavours.

Hot Turkey or Pork sandwiches
Fresh hot roasted joints of meat, sliced for your guests and served into soft white bread cakes. Served in a napkin with Cranberry & port sauce or Apple sauce.

Bacon or Sausage Butties
Freshly cooked and served into soft white bread cakes. Served with tomato ketchup, mustard & brown sauce.

Vegetarian Ciabatta Pizzas V
Individual ciabatta rolls, cut in half and topped with a freshly prepared neapolitan sauce and grated mozzarella cheese, then baked.
