Everything Green Salad V
A selection of crisp and refreshing, broken mixed leaves, with cucumber, celery & cress.

Caesar Salad
A winning combination of crisp Cos lettuce drizzled in a homemade mayonnaise and topped with Parmesan cheese & garlic croutons.

Coleslaw V
Traditional mix that goes with almost everything. A combination of shredded white cabbage mixed with grated carrot and bound together with mayonnaise.

Carrot & Orange V
A lighter alternative to your traditional coleslaw; using grated carrot tossed in a fresh orange-based vinaigrette.

Carrot & Beetroot Slaw V
An addictive mix of fresh flavours & and a colourful addition to any meal. Freshly grated raw carrot & beetroot mixed with an abundance of fresh herbs and bound with a sweet lemon dressing.

Waldorf Salad V
An old favourite, combining celery, apples & walnuts in a creamy mayonnaise.

Greek Village Salad V
A chunky mix of Feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions and olives, tossed in delicious vinaigrette.

Summer Vegetable Salad V
A delicious combination of chunky sliced broccoli, courgettes, cauliflower and mange tout, lightly steamed to al dente, then tossed whilst warm in a course grain mustard vinaigrette – a winning combination!

Tomato & Feta Cheese (or mozzarella) V
A simple and delicate combination of diced tomatoes and crumbled Feta cheese (I can substitute the feta for mozzarella if preferred) , drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Finished with ripped basil leaves.

Tomato & Melon V
A taste of summer; combining tomatoes with sweet melon, bound in my thick balsamic dressing.

Green Bean Salad V
Another simple, yet truly delicious combination of fresh foods! Lightly steamed French beans, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with a light scattering of spring onions & fresh dill.

Green Bean, Tomato & Lentil Salad V
Puy lentils, steamed green beans and chopped tomatoes tossed in balsamic, mustard and garlic dressing.

Pea, Avocado & Mint Salad V
An amazing mix of great flavours…..different and very tasty!

Roasted Beetroot Salad V
Roasted, peeled & diced beetroot, tossed in a maple syrup dressing with fresh garlic & sunflower seeds.

Caramelised Red Onions & Mixed Peppers V
Great mix of flavours – well cooked onions mixed with lightly sautéed sliced peppers, then tossed whilst warm in a balsamic vinaigrette.

Pickled Cucumber V
Refreshing and tasty – delicious with all cold meats, but especially good with seafood.

Broccoli & Bacon Salad
Delicious and loved by most – small florets of broccoli bound in a sweetened and cheese loaded mayonnaise with bacon.

Mid-Summer Pasta V
Freshly cooked pasta, tossed in vinaigrette with tomatoes, cucumber & egg, and freshly chopped parsley.

Tabbouleh V
A Mediterranean delight, combining cooked Bulgar with freshly chopped tomatoes, cucumber and mixed peppers, dressed with refreshing lemon vinaigrette.

New Potatoes with Chives V
New potatoes cooked in their skins, then bound, whilst warm in a mayonnaise with finely chopped shallots and gherkins, finished with freshly chopped chives.

Roasted Sweet Potato salad V
Roasted sweet potato tossed whilst still warm to absorb flavour in a spring onion & shallot, sherry vinegar dressing.

Mixed Bean Salad V
A mixture of cooked beans, bound in a vinaigrette dressing, garnished with spring onions.

Red Rice, Apricot & Orange Salad V
An interesting step from the traditional rice salad – combining red rice, quinoa and chopped apricots with a dressing made from fresh orange juice, garlic & sautéed onions.
