Honey Roast Ham GF
Yorkshire ham (can be smoked or plain), oven roasted whilst basted with a mix of honey & mustard, finished as a caramelised glaze.

Rare Roast Beef GF
Sirloin of beef, oven roasted to rare, sliced and served with horseradish sauce.

A selection of continental meats.

Pate Terrine
A mixture of pork, liver and sausage meat, wrapped in bacon and slowly roasted – served cold with salad (can make variations of this from game & chicken).

Galantine of Chicken & Duck GF
A fresh chicken, carefully boned and stuffed with a pork and sausage meat mix. Rolled and poached, then thinly sliced and served with a fruit sauce.

Sticky Chicken Drumsticks
Roasted chicken drumsticks in a sticky sauce.
